How can I pay for an online order?

All orders are paid in EURO, except for deliveries to Canada, the USA, Australia, Nigeria, Ghana and Congo-Kinshasa, where orders are paid in USD.
Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of the total order amount.
What is 3D authentication?
3D Authentication, also known as 3D Secure, is a secure online payment service available for Credit Card and put in place by your bank.
The authentication procedure is simple; if the 3D Authentication system is activated and you place an order, you will be redirected to your bank’s 3D Authentication page. Your bank will ask you to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. In most cases, this is a single-use security code that is sent to you by SMS on your mobile phone. Once you enter the correct security code, your payment is accepted.
3D Authentication increases the security of your online transactions and decreases the risk of fraudulent payments. Please contact your bank for complete information on this service and the terms of use.
What is the card security code (CVC)?
All online shops are required to request your CVC (Card Verification Code) when you make a credit card payment. This is an additional security measure that helps prevent credit card fraud by verifying that you have physical possession of the card. The CVC is a unique number linked to your credit card and is found in different locations depending on the card type:
MasterCard and Visa: the last three digits printed on the signature panel on the back of your card, typically on the right-hand side.
American Express: a four-digit security code printed on the front of the card, either to the left or right of the embossed 15-digit card number. Unlike the card number, these digits are printed, not embossed.
Why has my payment declined?
Vliscodialogues.com is based in the Netherlands. If you place an order and are based outside the Netherlands, make sure that the credit card you are using has been approved for payments to companies in countries other than your own. Your payment may be declined if this is not the case. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact your credit card company.
If your PayPal or other payment has been declined, please contact the payment service or bank regarding the issue.
If we initiated the cancellation of your payment, our Customer Support service team will reach out to you directly.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Does vliscodialogues.com ship worldwide?
We do ship to most countries. If your country is not included in the list of countries when setting up a billing/shipping address, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please note that orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, army bases, or diplomatic pouches.
Does vliscodialogues.com offer express shipping?
Yes, vliscodialogues.com offers a fast express shipping service to most countries.
All international shipments are handled via UPS. Delivery costs and transit times may vary depending on your country and postcode. When the Express service is available for your address, it will automatically appear during the checkout process. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery time estimates are expressed on working days from the day your order is shipped. Order processing typically takes 1 working day before shipment.
Please note that vliscodialogues.com is not responsible for delays to express deliveries caused by these circumstances, which may negate the delivery guarantee. To help avoid such delays, we strongly recommend double-checking that your delivery and contact details are accurate when placing your order, as well as keeping an eye on your package via the tracking link provided in case action is needed on your part.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
All countries are serviced by UPS.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will send out your package as soon as possible. When your package has been handed out to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace e-mail from vliscodialogues.com.
If you place your order on Friday after 2 PM (CET), your order will be handled next Monday or working day. Please note that delivery time estimates are expressed on working days from the day your order is shipped. Order processing typically takes 1 working day before shipment.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by country and service level. Globally UPS Saver and UPS Express are available. For all EU countries, UPS Standard service is also available.
Shipping fees do not include any applicable customs duties or taxes except where explicitly mentioned. To view your exact delivery costs, add items to your basket and review the delivery total in the shopping basket before checkout.
Taxes & import duties
For countries outside of the EU and UK, your order may be subject to taxes/import duties on arrival that are paid for by the recipient. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.
For orders shipped to the U.S. and Australia, all duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout.
Can I reschedule my delivery?

SMS/Email notification of your delivery: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification from UPS by email and/or SMS about your shipment status and estimated delivery date/time. If it doesn’t fit your schedule, you can choose the time and place of your delivery. Please make sure to add your mobile number during checkout to receive text notifications.
Change your delivery: You have no less than 6 options to choose from if you want to change the delivery of your package.
