Ordering on vliscodialogues.com is simple.
Begin by selecting a product from our curated collections under the Products menu. Click on an item to view detailed images, descriptions, and pricing.
Add your chosen items to your shopping cart and access the cart anytime via the bag icon to review and proceed to checkout.
At checkout:
Select your delivery country to view the total cost, including shipping.
Enter your contact and delivery details.
Choose your payment method and provide billing information if different.
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once dispatched, a shipping notification with tracking details and your digital invoice will follow.
Invoices are sent exclusively via email and are not included in the package. This ensures that gift purchases remain discreet.
Please note:
Prices are in Euros, except for customers in the US, Canada, Australia, Nigeria, Ghana, and Congo-Kinshasa, where prices are in US Dollars.
Local VAT and/or Sales tax are included in the order total at checkout.
Import duties vary by country and may apply upon delivery outside the EU. For orders shipped to the US and Australia, the import duty payment will be included at checkout. EU and UK deliveries are exempt. Please check with local customs for details.

All orders are paid in EURO, except for deliveries to Canada, the USA, Australia, Nigeria, Ghana and Congo-Kinshasa, where orders are paid in USD.
Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of the total order amount.
vliscodialogues.com starts processing your order from the moment your payment is received.
You will receive confirmation of your order when your payment is received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 2 days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later, 1 working day after placing your order, you can click the tracking number link in the email.
European Union & the UK: For orders within the European Union and for the UK, all item prices must include the corresponding VAT, meaning that there are no taxes/import duties to be paid upon arrival of your package.
- US: For orders to the United States, all packages include prepaid duties and taxes at checkout, shown as estimated taxes. No additional fees are required upon delivery.
- Australia: For orders to Australia, all packages include prepaid duties and taxes at checkout for orders over AUD 1,000, shown as estimated taxes. For orders under AUD 1,000, no import duties apply.
- International orders: For all other countries, product prices do not include VAT. This means that taxes/import duties may have to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country. These costs are not part of the delivery costs and are not included in the free shipping promotion. Unfortunately, this is not under control of vliscodialogues.com and strictly a local governmental process. If you want to know the exact number of additional charges, please check with your local customs agency.
When placing an order in our webshop, you are declaring that you are aware of these additional charges that might be added upon arrival of your order.
No, the parcel includes only an itemized packing list without any prices. The full invoice is sent exclusively via email to the person who placed the order.
This makes every order suitable for gifting, with no payment information shown to the recipient.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
Cancellations may only be requested shortly after placing your order. Once processing has begun, we regret that amendments or cancellations are no longer possible.
However, you can always request a return once your order arrives in accordance with our Returns Policy once received.
